I am going to the library again today with Marcello. The librarians there are great. One of them wanted a copy of the Margaret Meek article How Texts Teach What Readers Learn, an article we are reading in my class this week. One of them says she likes to buy junk so they will experience the pleasure of reading!
Marcello is in the other room reciting alphabet poetry. The child is nuts for letters. The boy never stops.
