As I am now driving, the world is slightly strange and different. I remember that with my research as well. In that seat I also have an enormous responsibility to be good at what I do and not hurt anyone.
I am trying to adjust to my more fast paced life and still have time for all the small details that make life with my family pleasurable. This is hard as deadlines loom and sickness threatens that balance.
Marcello and I have colds and I need to take time to remember our special weekend rituals cannot just be eliminated because we are housebound.
I am gathering the strength and humor I'll need for this semester.
